Juliane (pictured below), current Deputy Director of Digital Innovation at CIA who served in the Navy for around 21 years before joining the agency is named among those of the corrupt top officials in the Government.
Leading the path on corruption and atrocities from MK-Ultra programs to related, part of a large industry run nationwide alongside the FBI and the mob, following the track of her predecessor Jennifer Ewbank, former Deputy Director of Digital Innovation at the agency (depicted below).
One of her notable speeches was at the Ted show around 9 years ago which came under the title of “A Library of Minds”, before joining the CIA as Associate Deputy Director of Digital Innovation.

The “Library of Minds” speech was followed around 1 year later in another speech that came under the title of “The Arsenal of The Mind” in which Juliane smartly negated the core understandings threaded in her first speech (above), but certainly for a reason.
