A 4-year intel operation by a compartmentalized team at the CIA (2022 – present) reveals insights on aggressive bioterrorism crimes practiced on millions of Americans nationwide jointly by the FBI, elements from the agency (CIA), and two mobs.
The bioterrorism in which terrorist attacks and school shootings that are never announced or acknowledged by such are its byproducts as detailed in previous articles (referenced below).

Recorded by an agency-supplied sensitive audio device that captures these modulated low-frequency sound waves used to bridge whispered keywords that targets the auditory cortex and thus exploits and manipulates peoples’ minds, making terrorism effective through the articulated interpretation of these words among several other tactics that accompany their telemetry over the same sound waves.

The suffering here is incumbent on the CIA asset (depicted below) who serves as a liaison between the CIA compartmentalized team and the witnesses linked to the corruption and the mobs.
This is just one piece of evidence. A larger industry and horrific acts on the American people than just whispered words fueled by treason and corruption, hinted for in the previous articles. Further evidence on the atrocity will be released in a few days.
These mainly performed by the Mob Underboss, Ramy Gewida (Ramy Andraws) who’s also responsible for several terrorist attacks and school shootings in this case including Club Q shooting, Black Hawk crash among several others.

It’s a weapon that transmits modulated sound waves and target the victim with extremely high precision. If someone comes near you and put their mouth right on your ear and continued to whisper words non-stop for 24 hours, that will drive you crazy.
Someone Who Bought The Right To Your Ear
Where the seller is the CIA and Ford Motor Company; namely, the below depicted criminal leaders in addition to Jennifer Ewbank (not pictured below).
Someone who bought the right to your ear (Gewida in this case) and not even talks normally to you through a miniature speaker that was embedded in your ear or the nasal cavity (if you have one or more of the legacy RFs prior to the mRNA COVID Vaccine), that’s someone who sets the frequency extremely low and “whispers” in your ear 24/7 over these modulated sound waves that carry additional telemetry and encoded characteristics that penetrates your body tissue and beyond that.

Imposition of Emotional State and Impression
The brutal tactic of whispering over modulated sound waves transmits the emotional state of the operator in realtime and forces it on and through the victim and their body that you would actually feel “the resonance” of the words being whispered in your ears and weaved down to your “guts and belly” (the body tissue), alongside the impression of hatred that is inside that operator that gets imposed on you while at the same time being slipped from all ways to properly respond and fight against that type of continuous neural attacks because also, you’re being subjected to another much more severe forms of neural tortures simultaneously with those sounds that impair your motor function, cognitive, speech to the point that it even imposes the operator’s own skeletal shape (from the very lower vertebral column up to the cervical spine) on you as a victim, by means which the typical shape of your spinal cord and the formation of those muscles (the core of a person’s body) is overridden by the shape and formation of the operator’s own skeletal shape.
It’s as if someone forcefully slid a shirt all the way down your legs, forcefully pulling that shirt from your waist down to your ankles, which results in resistance and impaired movements as you try to walk in something that is not designed for you, all while your cognitive is also impaired, at that point that you’ll feel you’re being burned alive.
Reason why a vehicle identical to that of the Church Mob Leader, Ramy Gewida, with a full skeleton hanged on its back was targeted to the CIA asset in the beginning of the operation; although, at such time, the reason for targeting with the skeleton specifically wasn’t clear until later date upon the increase of the neurological attacks.
Similarly, Ken Trent, the brother of La Cosa Nostra Mafia Leader, Robert Trent, affiliated with Ramy Gewida, Church Mob Leader, have intentionally relayed harassing implications in regards to “whispering” (the brutal tactic over modulated sound waves) under the guise of the book name “the dog whisperer” in a LinkedIn post of his, making several references to “dogs” that intended to refer to the CIA asset by a “dog”.
While the reference to dogs was linked to a pattern of targeting at such time in the early months of the operation, the precise word crafting that incorporated “whispering” through the famous book name and its correlation wasn’t clear at such time until the tactic started to be heavily used. Below is one of the targeting instances within the pattern in reference to “dogs” that subsequently evident the use of modulated sound waves and “whispering tactics” fed with impressions and other digitally encoded data as a form of neurological torture.

And because it’s digitally encoded and fed directly to the brain over a digital envelope transmitted over satellite waves, the brain interprets and process the fed reaction and makes a perception of it without it being visually seen by the eye.
This also constitutes another piece of evidence on the imposed controls on the spinal cord electronically that results in such movements or reactions of the body that are beyond the normal abilities of people, as to one would not be able to have their body move in such way if they intended to or even as a normal reaction as seen in the above video excerpt. It almost looks as if someone pinched her with a pin that led her body to suddenly jolt upwards, which also accompanied another act of neural imposition, detailed in the full length artifact (not included herein). This however an evident on the neural influence that imposed encoded instructions and forced them on the person’s body electronically, leading to such artificially invoked movement.

Even the wording itself that they put into the law is manipulative. They call it “Havana Syndrome” and came up with such term in 2017 and for a reason. Syndrome makes it sound and perceived as a normal condition that people just have to live with it, such as tourettes or down syndrome, but that’s not the case here. It is man made. It shall never be called as a “syndrome” and the only treatment for it is to end that neural abuse and access from its roots: CIA, Ford, Mafia and the Mob, the main parties behind the empowerment of those weapons and capabilities globally, also implicated in this case and operation.
Whereas the Havana, part of the term name “Havana Syndrome” intends to downsize the severity of the tortures. It plays on targeting the bottom of your mind, something that you do not consciously recognize, it sits at the bottom of your mind but when you come across such name “Havana”, that part of your brain absorbs it and makes a correlation to it psychologically to the next closer element to such name including those on the same rhythm (this is how people’s minds work actually but they don’t notice it), that can be something such as the song that almost everyone have heard “Havana o Nana” which could have a joyful impact on your ears or reminds you of a good memory.
When you come across “Havana Syndrome” as a term in a whole, your mind automatically “criss-cross” each name in the term with the above:
- One that downsizes its severity,
- The second links it to a good memory (or more accurately what people call by a “vibe”), you suddenly feel sort of a breeze just by the sounding of Havana (in a sense).
That is a term that is supposed to be expressive to one of the most brutal forms of “tortures” neurally: “Havana”. I suddenly felt the breeze just by the sounding of it (and frankly).
They simply numbed people including those lawful from the authorities and slipped their self reaction and response that should harshly fight those kinds of tortures.
A simple term name yet extremely effective. That’s the CIA.
Textual Interpretations of the Recorded Words
Modulated sound waves (or V2K) that carry verbal messages often come in an articulated manner that intend to impose harassment and oppose the literal and direct meanings; demonstrated in the following recordings.

Now that we destroyed everything you’ve built over many years of hard work and financially sabotaged you at the age of 33 when you were just planning for marriage, that’s going to take you a decade to rebuild, so I’m going to whisper in your ears over a VLF/V2K mic “age ran me over” or “I aged out” but in Arabic because I’m also sending you back to where you came from originally, and I’m going to make sure that my hatred is weaved through your soul over the modulated sound waves that are breaching into your body.
I’m also going to make sure to whisper you these aligned with and matching your realtime activity in conjunction with the live remote-viewing of your eyesight and VR neural controls.
So when you try to use a computer, I’m going to whisper you “age ran me over” or “I aged out” that refers to you because I’m impairing your ability to type on a keyboard or use a computer mouse neurally, the primary function in your career, enslaving you and destroying any chances of you getting back on your feet.
I’m 34 and they are sucking out my life alive and then when you reach 40 and still having nothing because of their targeting and slavery, basically starting from below 0 (if you are lucky and have not died), they tell you “you got middle-aged”, because that’s one of their intention and that’s how they talk. Get used to verbalizing almost every word to be incorporated in a nazi form. Not just the implicated Church (Egyptian) Mob, also the Mafia (La Cosa Nostra), CIA and the corrupt leadership of Ford Motor Company.

Recent Communications Made to Directors at the FBI and CIA
Due to the nature of the operation being compartmentalized under SAC/CIA with the intention of plausible deniability, but also due to other non-disclosed details, both have imposed a challenge in formal direct communications with the directors at the agency. Despite this, and although some of those directors are aware internally of the operation such as CIA Director Ratcliffe (depicted below), as per the communicated information, the below represents non-formal efforts of communication attempts with those directors in hopes to have such neural access and tortures disabled.
Perhaps and presumably as Directors within the two agencies, they’re not just sitting there filling a role and have some authority to disable that access.
Some may think these are unreal, and you can’t blame them because their minds can’t comprehend the naziness and extremity that these terrorists have reached, and more importantly the scale of such crimes that are impacting the entire American population through classified bioterrorism technologies. This is also an element of deception that is leveraged to negate such practice of horrific crimes on millions because it’s hard on people to comprehend in the first place.
